11月7日，六国化工控股股东铜化集团宣布启动控制权变更事项，拟易主化工龙头万华化学。按照交易方案，万华化学及其关联方拟通过受让股权、增资等方式，取得铜化集团化工业务51%股权，同时持有其非化工业务34%股权。前述交易顺利完成后，六国化工间接控股股东将变更为万华化学，实控人将变更为烟台市国资委。各方商定，分立前铜化集团股权价值交易上限不超过60亿元，具体以评估值为准。各方将力争在2023年12月31前完成股权交割或变更。
